Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at Hive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team at Hive, a leading email and SMS marketing CRM used by brands to personalize and automate their campaigns.
As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for building and shipping software that helps our customers succeed. You will work closely with our customer success team to solve customer-impacting problems and help us grow to ~10 engineers (and our company to ~40 people) in the next 12 months.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software features and tools to support our customers' needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and maintain internal tooling, iterate on development processes, and advocate for new technologies to help our small team continue to punch above its weight class.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade products that you're proud of, as part of an effective product/engineering team.
- A strong background in software development, including hands-on experience with frontend and backend frameworks.
- Experience modeling, storing, querying data in various types of databases (relational, non-relational, key-value).
- Experience interacting with 3rd party APIs (REST, GraphQL) and data sources.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, plus equity opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
