Job Title: Housekeeper Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeper Supervisor to join our team in Nunavut. As a Housekeeper Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising, planning, and organizing the housekeeping teams to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage housekeeping teams to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet company standards
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met
  • Train and develop housekeeping staff to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in team management and housekeeping
  • Experience in conflict and human resources management
  • English language proficiency
  • WHMIS 2015 certification
  • Experience in regional or remote labor camps is an asset
