Job Overview

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits such as paid time off and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional childcare services, including meal preparation, homework assistance, and engaging activities.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized home environment that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of our clients' children.
  • Establishing a daily routine that includes regular breaks, outdoor playtime, and quiet time for relaxation.
  • Communicating effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • A Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a home-based setting.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

You will be working in a private home environment, which requires flexibility and adaptability. A criminal record check is required prior to commencement of employment.Security and Safety
