Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales workers, hiring and training staff, and ensuring the smooth running of the store.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet the high standards of our company.
- Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure stock is always available.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers to ensure the store runs efficiently.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
