Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing and implementing the next generation of digital forensics products. As a key member of our Engineering Organization, you will be part of a community of smart, passionate, and humble individuals who recognize that solving the industry's toughest problems requires constant collaboration, continuous learning, and frequent doses of humor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions using Kubernetes and cloud providers (AWS, Azure)
  • Develop and maintain high-performance on-prem storage systems, including JBOD, Dell PowerVault, Dell Unity, and VMWare SAN
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, tool enhancements, and architectural changes
  • Provide expert-level support to customers and internal stakeholders, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with Python and/or Go programming languages
  • 3+ years of experience building and maintaining Kubernetes clusters
  • Expertise in designing and measuring the performance of on-prem storage systems
  • Proficiency with networking design, protocols (S3, iSCSI), and Linux shell scripting
  • Experience working with cloud providers (AWS, Azure) and Git-based version control systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in high-security environments
  • Experience generating effective and efficient project documentation
