Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
