Job Title: Nanny

We are seeking a reliable and caring Nanny to join our team at Jonathan Huber, Heidi Dutton. As a Nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and supervision to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Shop for food and household supplies to ensure a well-stocked pantry and fridge
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, promoting good hygiene and nutrition
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents, while also encouraging positive behavior and social development
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social skills, such as sharing and cooperation
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment by supervising children at all times and preventing accidents
  • Organize activities, such as games and outings, to promote cognitive and physical development
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary restrictions and preferences
  • Prepare children for rest periods, ensuring a smooth transition to sleep
  • Supervise and care for children, providing emotional support and comfort when needed
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments, ensuring timely arrival and departure
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in childcare or a related field
  • Equivalent experience in a related field, such as education or social work
