Job DescriptionIn this role, you will work closely with our Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to craft tailored solutions that align with partner goals and unique business needs. You will develop scalable pre and post-sales processes, deliver technical guidance, and play a key role in enhancing partner satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
You will collaborate with partners and technical stakeholders throughout pre/post-sales processes to ensure successful project outcomes and effective integration. You will also work with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication and partner engagement.
Your strong foundational knowledge in software development, systems design, and engineering principles will be essential in supporting smooth integration of new features into existing systems. You will provide expert guidance to partners and internal teams on product strengths, limitations, and cost drivers.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong ability to understand and explain complex product functionalities to non-technical stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of APIs and data exchange architecture
- Experience testing API endpoints using Postman/Insomnia
- Familiarity with development lifecycles, version control systems, and development environments
The estimated salary for this position is between $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
LocationThis is a remote position, and you can work from anywhere in Canada (Calgary, Alberta; Edmonton, Alberta; Halifax, Nova Scotia; Moncton, New Brunswick; Ottawa, Ontario; Toronto, Ontario; Winnipeg, Manitoba).
