About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Daycare Supervisor at P & N Development Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Lead activities that promote learning and development, such as storytelling, singing, and outings.
  • Manage supplies and equipment to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Guide children in developing good habits, such as eating, dressing, and using the bathroom.
  • Monitor children's progress and prepare reports for parents or guardians.
  • Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Organize activities for school-age children before and after regular school hours.
Requirements
  • Child development worker (ECE level 2) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
