- Guest-Centric Approach: Ensure the merchandising team's top priority is always the guest experience, championing a culture of recognition and celebrating wins with the team.
- Store Safety and Integrity: Ensure store safety standards are maintained on the Salesfloor and in the Stockroom, adhering to AEO policies and procedures.
