Job Description:
- Key Responsibilities: As a Project Director, you will be the driving force in spearheading our ambitious initiatives in meeting and exceeding project goals, execution, and workforce management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution of all projects.
- Team Leadership: Proactively grow and maintain strong relationships with team members, trade partners, consultants, and clients to achieve the project goals and vision.
- Problem-Solving: Put your problem-solving skills to work and recommend innovative methods that will increase effectiveness and efficiency to ensure project excellence and productivity.
- Risk Management: Act as the subject matter expert in risk management, ensuring any associated project risk is minimized.
Requirements:
- A University degree/diploma in Engineering or related field.
- 8-10+ years of experience working on large-scale construction projects.
- A strong business acumen and knowledge of project management methodologies, financial management, Canadian building codes, and associated legislations.
