Be the Face of Fun at The Rec Room Royalmount

We're looking for charismatic and energetic individuals to join our team as Amusement Hosts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional entertainment experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upsell and Enhance the Guest Experience: Showcase game operations, encourage guests to play, and create a fun and playful environment.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure games and stations are clean, well-maintained, and fully operational, and assist with restocking the Store.
  • Be a Trusted Resource: Provide expert knowledge of the venue's pricing for special events, promotions, and daily events, and be a go-to person for guests' inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

We're looking for individuals who:

  • Are the required age of majority or older (for licensed venues)
  • Have some experience with customer service
  • Can complete tasks with attention to detail
  • Have strong problem-solving and communication skills
