We are seeking an experienced and motivated retail store team lead to join our Saiish Enterprises Inc DBA Husky team.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in a retail business setting.

The ideal candidate will be able to assign sales workers to duties, authorize payments, order merchandise, establish work schedules, and supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.

In addition, the team lead will be responsible for resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages. They will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory, preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Authorize payments by cheque
  • Order merchandise
  • Establish work schedules
  • Sell merchandise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least one year of experience in a retail business setting
  • A high school graduation certificate
  • The ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $55,000 and $65,000, depending on experience.
