Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Associate who can assist in developing and executing innovative direct marketing campaigns that captivate target audiences.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm and implement new strategies for client outreach and brand promotion. They will gather and analyze customer feedback to refine marketing tactics and enhance the overall client experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the development and execution of innovative direct marketing campaigns that engage target audiences.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement new strategies for client outreach and brand promotion.
  3. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing tactics and client experience.
  4. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROSPECTS AND CLIENTS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS AND PROVIDE CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS.
  5. Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with potential clients to introduce and promote products and services.
  6. Represent Kaizen Sales Agency at community events, retail events, area canvassing, and local networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
  7. Provide detailed reports and insights from in-field interactions to support data-driven marketing decisions.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences to bring fresh ideas to marketing initiatives.
