Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our CA Sales Consumer Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries, and supporting our Inside Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of customer calls, emails, and instant messages, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Process customer orders and returns, ensuring seamless execution and timely resolution of issues.
  • Support the Inside Sales team by learning and implementing our sales process, and providing assistance with customer orders and returns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, vendor programs, and company initiatives to provide informed and effective support to customers.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or higher education preferred.
  • 1-3 years of sales or phone sales experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
