Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in project management, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale projects and programs to achieve business objectives, leveraging expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders, including senior leaders, funders, and executives.
  • Foster collaboration across departments and teams to drive innovation, share knowledge, and leverage collective expertise.
  • Analyze data and information to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop solutions to address complex problems.
  • Provide thought leadership on digital transformation, identifying areas for growth and implementing strategies to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Health Studies, Public Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
