Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients
  • Deliver high-quality haircuts and grooming services, adhering to our high standards and brand guidelines
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques, and continuously improve your skills and knowledge
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and priorities
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
  • Proven experience as a Barber or Hairstylist, with a strong understanding of industry trends and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
