Safety Training Delivery
We are seeking an experienced safety trainer to deliver instructor-led safety training courses to our clients across Saskatchewan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that meet the needs of our diverse client base.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver instructor-led safety training courses to groups of varying sizes and demographics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with our team to review and update course materials, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of course effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Qualifications
  • Three years of experience in adult education training or a related field.
  • Certificate or diploma in Adult Education or a related field.
  • Experience in construction or a National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) or National Health and Safety Administrator (NHSA) designation is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
