About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Communications and Public Relations to join our team at Behaviour Interactive Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Vice President of People & Culture in developing and implementing strategies and actions aimed at ensuring effective communications across our six studios, both locally and internationally.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary communications team, providing strategic leadership and guidance.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and deliver key messages that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Create and maintain a consistent corporate brand voice across all internal and external communication channels.
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic communication plans that elevate the company's brand and reputation.
  • Collaborate on various projects with significant impact on employee mobilization and engagement.
  • Own and manage budget in various philanthropic projects.
  • Provide strategic leadership for tasks within the communications team.
  • Stay updated with best practices in communications and employer branding, and remain informed about industry news.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • University degree in communication studies, public relations, marketing or in a related field.
  • Thorough understanding of communication policies, practices, and strategic principles.
