Job DescriptionThis exciting role involves working with a talented group of experts in the field of energy law. As a seasoned associate lawyer, you will be responsible for advising clients on various aspects of energy law, including project structuring, co-ownership arrangements, operations, marketing, supply/offtake transactions, and new development involving industry conglomerates and investor groups.
Requirements- 2-10 years of post-call corporate/energy experience from a reputable law firm and/or a combination of private practice and in-house experience in oil and gas, power and renewables
- Above average transcripts/academics
- Qualified to practice law in Canada
We anticipate a salary range of $120,000 - $250,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent in the field.
