  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, minimizing stock discrepancies and losses.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate the sales team, setting clear goals and expectations to drive results.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A minimum of a secondary school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a sales or supervisory role is preferred.
  • On-Site Work: This position requires on-site work, with no option for remote work.
