Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
We are seeking a Healthcare Business Advisor to become a vital part of our team at Me-Dian Credit Union.

In this role, you will report directly to the Manager of Business Relationships, showcasing a profound dedication to member connections by developing a comprehensive understanding of individual members and their business affiliations with the credit union.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough financial, management, and security assessments of commercial applications.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Business Analyst to prepare term sheets, commitment letters, and necessary loan documentation.
  • Monitor commercial delinquencies weekly, ensuring compliance with delinquency protocols.
  • Engage with members and prospective members, evaluate and authorize credit products within established limits, and escalate applications that exceed these limits to management for further evaluation.
  • Address inquiries from members regarding credit products, account and loan activities, service fees, and more.
  • Maintain and organize all commercial documentation to ensure accuracy and currency.
  • Undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned to support departmental goals.

Qualifications: A Post-Secondary education in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Services or a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in a financial institution.
