About the Position

This is an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished academic leader to join our dynamic Faculty of Business and Professional Studies as Associate Dean. You will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of our strategic plan, working collaboratively with faculty and staff to achieve our goals.

Key Duties

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Faculty's strategic plan, aligning with the University's overall mission and objectives.
  • Collaborate with faculty members to design and deliver high-quality academic programs, ensuring they meet the needs of our students and stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to faculty members on matters related to research initiatives, curriculum development, and program accreditation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including industry leaders, community organizations, and government agencies.

Requirements

  • A Doctoral degree or equivalent in a relevant field, with a strong background in academia and leadership.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in academic administration, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and developing strategic plans.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, faculty relations, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
