Become part of the Baycrest Foundation's Philanthropy Engagement team as a Philanthropy Engagement Coordinator. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to engage and steward donors, ensuring a positive experience that meets or exceeds their expectations.

Main Duties:
  • Stewardship Program Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive stewardship program, ensuring alignment with Foundation goals and objectives.
  • Donor Communication: Create personalized communication materials, such as letters and emails, to keep donors informed about the impact of their gifts.
  • Recognition Planning: Develop customized recognition plans for donors, working closely with major gift officers and other stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you must have a university degree in a related field, a minimum of three years of direct donor experience, and excellent writing and project management skills.
