Medical Clinic Director

The Toronto GI Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Clinic Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional healthcare services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate performance, and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient delivery of healthcare services.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
- Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure the financial sustainability of the clinic.
- Quality Improvement: Develop evaluation systems to monitor healthcare services and implement improvements to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
