Agricultural Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Agricultural Diagnostic Mechanic Coordinator to join our team at Nelson Motors and Equipment. As a key member of our service team, you will play a critical role in diagnosing complex problems and providing expert support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose equipment problems using computer-based diagnostic tools and provide expert support to our customers.
- Develop and maintain a consolidated database of best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
- Stay up-to-date on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural and turf equipment.
- Train and mentor other team members on new technologies and techniques.
- Collaborate with our service team to ensure seamless communication and efficient problem-solving.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Service or Parts department operations with practical experience performing repairs on agriculture equipment.
- Completed a certified trade such as Agriculture Equipment Technician, Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanic or similar.
- Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint, Teams and other MS 365 tools; experience using Service ADVISORTM, Parts ADVISORTM, or other computer-based diagnostic repair tools.
- Valid driver's license required; license for shop and yard equipment to train others.
