As a Lead Software Engineer at NewRich Network, you will have a very important role in leading a team of developers and software engineers. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including product managers and owners, to drive the technical roadmap for the team and enable your team members to grow in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the technical roadmap for the team in collaboration with the product manager and product roadmap.
  • Enable your team members to grow and develop their skills.
  • Work with stakeholders to deliver key projects.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Experience in building SaaS products.
  • Experience integrating with banks, crypto providers, money movement, billing and payment rails, and/or investment management systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent higher degrees.
  • Previous experience with React, Typescript, Go, PHP, AWS, and PostgreSQL.
  • Comfortable working in a high-paced Agile environment with ambiguity.
