We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team at ELRANCHO INC.

About the Role

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary and benefits package. The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for adjusting, repairing or replacing parts and components of commercial transport truck systems, including diesel engines. They will also test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications, perform scheduled maintenance service, and complete reports to record problems and work performed.

As a heavy equipment mechanic, you will have the opportunity to specialize in diesel engine repair and maintenance, as well as truck-trailer repair. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail, manual dexterity, and excellent oral communication skills.

Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance
  • Truck-Trailer Repairer Trade Certification
  • Valid driver's licence
