About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Advisor to join our team at Giorgio Armani Canada Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, driving sales, and shaping the brand experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of merchandising and client relationship strategies
  • Develop a client base and drive store revenue
  • Provide the highest level of service and share product knowledge
  • Operate with integrity, have a strong team mindset, and be results-driven
Requirements
  • Preferred retail experience in a similar position
  • High School diploma/GED preferred
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team
  • Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc. preferred
  • Mandarin and Cantonese are considered a strong asset
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
