We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at United Kutz Barber Shop. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and preparing and submitting reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience in a supervisory role. You will be responsible for requisitioning materials and supplies, organizing and maintaining inventory, and ensuring that our customer service standards are met.

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to have excellent written communication skills, be accurate, and have efficient interpersonal skills.
