About This Opportunity

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to join our team and contribute to our mission to enable the world to make a living with their creativity. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with Marketing Leadership to determine the creative vision of our brand and manifest that vision through a strategic approach that includes digital, print, and video.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Strategy: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the Creative Team to ensure they deliver impactful creatives on brand and on time.
  • Creative Development: Develop and execute creative strategies that drive business growth and inspire our audience.
  • Brand Consistency: Collaborate with marketing/brand experts to develop and manage the company's brand guidelines, ensuring consistent and cohesive application across all touchpoints.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience designing for digital, web, and print properties.
  • 4+ years of experience in a Creative Leadership role.
  • SaaS company experience (preferably Sales-led Growth).
  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of successful design projects.
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe CS, Figma, Sketch, and/or XD.
  • Proficient with marketing analytics, reporting, and how to use data to drive business decisions.
