The Role: Operations Coordinator

You will play a key role in enabling solar customers' aerial inspections as an Operations Coordinator. This position exists within the operations department and reports to the Flight Operations Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding client information and being the primary point of contact for customers scheduling inspections
  • Cordinating with customers and subcontractors to understand logistics and scheduling constraints
  • Developing initiatives to refine and increase efficiency in sales operations processes
  • Maintaining awareness and visibility to the pipeline for assigned verticals
  • Providing ad-hoc support for sales operations related activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 year of work or internship experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Able to problem-solve with support
  • Able to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Able to manage time well and prioritize tasks with support
