Master Mixologist

We are a dynamic events company seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Master Mixologist.

• To be responsible for the daily operations of our bar area, ensuring it is clean and well-maintained at all times.
• To advise customers on wine selection and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• To supervise food and beverage servers and other staff members to ensure excellent customer service.
• To collect payments for beverages sold and maintain accurate records.
• To store and manage inventory of beverages and food products.
• To order bar stock and maintain control over inventory levels.
• To take orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
• To make recommendations on menu selections and suggest pairing options.
• To greet customers, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.

• Candidate should have a college education, CEGEP certificate, or non-university diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
• Must be willing to train.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. The working hours will be approximately 35-40 hours per week. This is a permanent position with English as the primary language used in the workplace.
