Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded.
    • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Service Coordination
    • Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
    • Manage customer expectations and concerns in a proactive and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Complete and review repair orders with customers.
    • Estimate costs and times for service and repairs.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Skills
    • Knowledge of market trends in the automotive service industry.
    • Understanding of mechanical components of automobiles.
    • Ability to work effectively with auto parts ordering systems and computerized work order systems.
  • Education and Experience
    • Basic math and keyboarding skills.
    • Good working knowledge of CoStar is an asset.
    • Experience in a similar role, in a Canadian Tire Auto Service Centre, is considered an asset.
