Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural or Civil Design Technologist to join our team at Scouten Engineering. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing design sketches, preparing engineered drawings, and performing field reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop design sketches for civil and structural projects
  • Prepare engineered drawings in AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D
  • Perform field reviews and write reports for structural assessments and field reviews
  • Collaborate with senior technologists and engineers to deliver high-quality projects
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of structural and civil projects, including industrial and commercial buildings, resource sector and highway bridges, machine bases and foundations, sanitary and storm water drainage systems, subdivisions, site development, and utility services.

Requirements
  • Graduated from a recognized civil technologist program
  • 2-5 years of experience in design and drafting
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
