Job Title: Program Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Development Manager to join our team at Paladin Airport Security Services Ltd. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement in our screening services and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled reviews of internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal department leaders to develop and maintain specific policies and procedures.
  • Customize or adjust new corporate policies to ensure relevance and applicability to client standards.
  • Work closely with various departments to align new policies with client guidelines.
  • Develop Management Corrective Actions (MCA) Plans in response to Corrective Actions issued by the client.
  • Participate in working groups on policy development with the client.
  • Provide input and feedback based on internal policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in screening service management.
  • Lean Agile Greenbelt Certification or willingness to complete within the first six months.
  • IMSM ISO Internal Auditor Certification or willingness to complete within the first six months.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of aviation industry regulations and requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
