About the Role:

The Fashion Retail Supervisor will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for leading the store environment, maximizing business results, and creating exceptional Customer experiences. Key accountabilities include maintaining exceptional product knowledge, facilitating achievement of business results, and coaching and providing feedback to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume a leadership role with responsibility for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional Customer experiences.
  • Maintain exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge.
  • Facilitate achievement of business results by role modelling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive Customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity.
  • Coach and provide feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success.
  • Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
  • Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
  • Open and close the store proficiently.

  • Excellent customer service and strong willingness to assist customer needs.
  • Motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Ability to assume a variety of scheduled shifts including closing shifts and weekends as required.
