About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at RF ACCOUNTING AND TAX SERVICES. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work accurately under pressure.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
