A1 Heating and Air Conditioning Inc is seeking a skilled Heating and Air Conditioning Mechanic Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical skills and be able to assist our technicians in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems.
  • Move tools, equipment, and other materials as needed.
  • Signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public.
  • Help tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Relocation costs will be covered by the employer.
  • Ability to relocate is a must.
  • Basic security clearance is required.
  • Criminal record check is necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) is required.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the trade is an asset.
  • Permanent employment with a 30-40 hour workweek.
  • English is the primary language of communication.
