Documentation Team Manager

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Documentation Team Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Documentation Team and ensuring that all employment documentation is developed, reviewed, and maintained to the highest standards. You will work closely with our internal departments to ensure compliance and alignment in documentation practices.
About the Team:
Our Documentation Team is a dynamic and collaborative group of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional client service. We are looking for a leader who can motivate and inspire our team members to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Employment Documentation Consultants, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
- Oversee the creation, review, and updating of employment documentation in line with company policies, Canadian employment law, and best practices.
- Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery, meeting KPIs and client expectations.
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and development plans for team members.
- Facilitate team meetings, training sessions, and coaching workshops to improve efficiency and knowledge-sharing.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR documentation, employment law, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a leadership or team management role is an asset.
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law and HR best practices.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally advising on HR matters.
