Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouseperson to join our team at Reads Heating Edmonton. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Processing Goods: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities and conditions, and report any discrepancies.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders, ensure accurate labeling and packaging, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Load and unload goods, operate material handling equipment, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks, identify and report any issues, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic math and computer skills.
Work Environment
