Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Radha Business Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets its sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision
- Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Ensure that all staff members are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Store Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Ensure that the store is always well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales data and customer feedback.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Inventory Management
- Manage the store's inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Ensure that inventory levels are always adequate to meet customer demand.
- Store Security
- Ensure that the store is secure and that all security protocols are followed.
- Monitor and respond to any security incidents that may arise.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
- Certifications
- Any relevant certifications or training in retail management or a related field.
