Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement within our IT infrastructure.
  • Database Development: Develop and implement strategic blueprints for deploying databases within our organization.
  • Database Maintenance: Develop and maintain computer databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Document reporting needs, queries, logic, results, and recommendations to other information systems professionals.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with staff on data requirements, collection, and availability.
  • Database Design: Design and develop databases to meet business needs.
  • Data Administration: Operate database management systems to analyze data and develop data administration policy, standards, and models.
  • Research and Development: Research and document data requirements, data collection and administration policy, and data access rules.
  • Leadership and Coordination: Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models.
  • Scripting and Development: Write scripts related to stored procedures and triggers.
  • User Requirements: Collect and document user's requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in database management and analysis.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
Work Environment

This is a full-time permanent position with a salary of $44.00/hour for 35 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work on site.

Language

English is the primary language of work for this position.
