About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Management Director to join our Group Functions Technology (GFT) team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading change initiatives across GFT, driving business transformation, and ensuring seamless execution of strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to drive business transformation and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex change initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational change management plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure effective change management practices and skills development.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and resistance to change, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in change management, with a strong track record of delivering successful change initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools, with experience in implementing and managing change initiatives.
