Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead and manage comprehensive building system upgrades. The ideal candidate will have strong Project Management skills, with the ability to oversee all project stages, from response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), systems analyses, concept and schematic design, detailed design, procurement services, and construction administration.

  • Conduct conceptual designs and detailed cost estimates for building system upgrades, developing business cases and preparing client reports.
  • Carry out concept, schematic, and detailed design of building systems, applying engineering knowledge in the preparation of technical specifications and drawings.
  • Prepare tender documentation for procurement of equipment and installation, coordinating with owners' requirements.
