Job Title: Sheet Metal Roofer

Lam Metal Contracting Ltd. is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Roofer to join our team. As a key member of our roofing crew, you will be responsible for installing and repairing sheet metal roofs on various commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Measure and mark sheet metal according to templates
  • Operate metalworking machines to cut, punch, drill, shape, or straighten sheet metal
  • Inspect products to ensure quality and conformity to specifications
  • Cut materials using power tools or by hand
  • Fabricate and install sheet metal parts
  • Install sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in sheet metal roofing or a related field
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
