**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Canna Cabana. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily store operations, providing guidance to staff, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Supervise and train staff to achieve sales targets and meet store-level KPIs.
- Oversee inventory management and be accountable for inventory processes on shift.
- Ensure employees on shift are actively pursuing sales goals.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide direction, guidance, and instruction to all store associates as required.
- Ensure store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and store-level KPIs.
**Qualifications**
- Valid SellSafe and QCW certification required.
- High school diploma and post-secondary education required.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills required.
