**Job Description**
We are looking for a skilled Clinical Support Associate to join our team at Fraser Health. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our patient care areas, ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to our patient care areas, including scheduling appointments, coordinating tests, and maintaining patient records.
- Act as a liaison between departments and facilities to exchange information and coordinate patient care.
- Clerical Duties
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, compiling statistics, and delivering/picking up items.
- Assemble and maintain patient charts according to established procedures.
- Telephone and Visitor Management
- Answer telephones, transfer calls, take messages, and provide routine information to visitors.
- Receive patients' tests and results, and direct visitors to the appropriate area.
**Requirements**
- Grade 12, medical terminology, and graduation from a recognized Nursing Unit Clerk program, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, deal with others effectively, and operate related equipment.
