About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Formulation Development Specialist to join our team at Ya YA Foods Corp (RP0001). As a key member of our product development team, you will play a crucial role in the formulation and development of our food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the setup and conduct of chemical experiments to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
  • Compile records for analytical studies to support our product development process.
  • Develop and implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Utilize MS Office to manage and analyze data, as well as create reports and presentations.
  • Assist in the development of programs for sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards.
  • Develop and conduct safety training programs to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Compile records and interpret experimental or analytical results to inform product development decisions.
  • Develop and conduct programs of sampling and analysis to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Area of work experience: Product development and formulation.
  • Type of industry experience: Food and beverages.
  • Area of specialization: Food chemistry.
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, ability to distinguish between colors, sitting, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, overtime required, physically demanding.
