About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Service Group Manager to join our team at mtlS Aerostructure. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a group of engineers and technicians in the design, development, and implementation of aerospace engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 5-10 engineers and technicians in the design, development, and implementation of aerospace engineering projects.
  • Evaluate technical designs and engineering work to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and presentations to communicate project progress and results to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
